Non-profit organisation 3D Academy partnered with the St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in their recent trip to Zimbabwe where they worked with local churches in the rural villages of Zimuto and Chiredzi in the Masvingo Province.
The two organisations worked together to help the churches by providing training for the elders, children’s church teachers and community leaders.
Shelley Carlton, 3D Academy administrator, said the teams were able to address a number of issues faced by young people during their school visits.
They also provided medical assistance to those who are ill.
“We saw what an incredible impact we made in one week, as individuals contributed their skills and strengths to making a difference,” said Carlton.
